Depends on the tool, the plan and how you set it up. The free consumer apps usually aren’t appropriate for client or patient data. Paid Teams/Enterprise plans of Claude, ChatGPT and Copilot have privacy and “don’t train on my data” settings that, when configured properly, make them safe for most small business use. We’ll walk through what’s safe to send, what isn’t, and lock the settings down for you. That’s the IT half of our business talking.

An AI audit and readiness review is a fixed-price half-day. Smaller automations (a workflow, a custom GPT, an inbox helper) are usually a few hundred to a few thousand, scoped and quoted up front. Bigger custom builds we’ll quote after the audit so the number is honest. Ongoing care of the tools we build can roll into a small monthly Care Pack so nothing gets forgotten. No hourly meter ticking.

Not at all. Most of our AI clients are accountants, agents, clinics, retailers, cafés, lawyers and trades, businesses where nobody on staff has time to figure out an LLM. That’s the whole point of bringing in a consultant. You don’t need to know what RAG stands for; we’ll just build the thing that saves you ten hours a week.
