For another client we fixed a manual data matching job. They needed to manually login to a website, check a large set of data against an old stale set they have on their computer, and it took them 20 mins every time, every couple of days. We got it down to 30 seconds. A big saving not only in time for the staff member but money for the business. 1 hr back a week, 4 hrs a month, easily 40 hrs a year.
This next one is one I’m sure you can relate to. The business had 6 software tools, with data all over the place because of it. The owner and the managers each had to have 5 or 6 tabs open, clicking between them all day just to see what was going on. We built a new dashboard that pulled all the data from all of them into one centralised location, so they could see everything from one simple, sexy dashboard. The cool thing was we could not only pull the data in but show them custom reporting and custom views, so it was set up exactly how they wanted it.
We also have clients who use AI but aren’t sure how to set it up correctly. We have helped many of them set up their Claude and ChatGPT agents to do exactly what they need. Depends on the tool and how it’s set up, and that’s the half of the job we’re built for. We keep client and patient data inside the systems that are safe for it, lock down the AI settings, and draw clear lines around what gets sent where. Plenty of automations never touch a public AI at all.
How much does an automation cost?
Each one is scoped and quoted up front, a single workflow is usually a few hundred to a few thousand depending on how many systems it touches. Bigger builds we quote after a short discovery so the number is honest. Ongoing flows can roll into a small monthly Care Pack. No hourly meter.
Do I need to be technical to use this?
Not at all. Most of our automation clients are accountants, agents, clinics, retailers and trades, nobody on staff has time to wire up an LLM. That’s the point of bringing us in. You tell us the job that’s driving everyone mad; we build the thing that does it.
